We're looking for an exceptional technical leader to join our autonomous vehicle team as Head of Algo Planning.
This is a fully hands-on role, involving both deep technical ownership and the management of a small team of researchers working on real-time planning algorithms.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge planning solutions for our Robo Taxi platform, enabling safe and intelligent motion in complex, dynamic environments.

Requirements: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Proven hands-on experience developing autonomous vehicle algorithms
Deep expertise in one or more of the following: Motion Planning, Trajectory Optimization, Path Planning, Decision Making
Proficient in C++ and Python
Experience working with real-time systems (RT)
Strong leadership, ownership, and system-level thinking
Prior experience managing a small team an advantage
