We are looking for an experienced Senior Director of Engineering to lead a large, highly technical engineering organization (50+ engineers) responsible for end-to-end development of our companys Security product lines platform.
This role combines people leadership, technical vision, and product partnership. You will own the full lifecycle of multiple enterprise-grade services - from high-performance runtime traffic processing (data plane) to cloud services, configuration systems, dashboards, and alerting (control plane).
You will be a key partner to Product Management, driving technology strategy, shaping product vision, and building scalable, resilient, and best-in-class security architecture at cloud scale.
Responsibilities:
Lead and scale a 50+ engineer organization, including group managers and senior technical leaders, responsible for planning, building, and operating our companys Security platform
Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering managers and senior engineers, building a high-performance, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture
Own the technical vision and architecture of end-to-end security services, including:
High-throughput, low-latency runtime traffic processing
Cloud-native microservices and APIs
Web-based configuration, policy management, analytics dashboards, and alerting systems
Drive enterprise-grade architecture for large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS systems with strict requirements for availability, performance, and security
Act as a thought leader for new technologies, security capabilities, and architectural evolution within the organization
Partner closely with Product Management to define roadmaps, influence product strategy, and translate business needs into technical execution
Collaborate across engineering, operations, automation, and support teams to deliver integrated, reliable solutions at scale
Establish and own a strong quality culture, including engineering best practices, testing strategy, production readiness, and continuous improvement to ensure enterprise-grade reliability, security, and customer trust
Own delivery and operational excellence: quality, scalability, observability, and continuous improvement in production

The static analysis team is responsible for the heart of the ASPM product: our capability to automatically reverse engineer arbitrary backend applications and provide deep-code insights about what they do.
As a Senior Engineer on the static analysis team, you will be a key contributor, playing a vital role in designing and building a powerful automated reverse-engineering engine. You will be tackling complex, unsolved problems in code analysis by translating cutting-edge research and critical business needs into robust, production-ready engineering solutions.
