What you'll do:
Lead Automation and AI Projects: Take ownership of implementing automation, AI, and integration solutions across the organization.
Support Existing Processes: Maintain and enhance current automated workflows and integration processes to ensure they remain efficient and effective.
Internal Client Requests: Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, gathering requirements and translating them into scalable automation and AI solutions.
Knowledge Sharing: Serve as a subject matter expert for the team and the organization in automation, AI, and integration domains, helping to educate and upskill colleagues.

We are looking for a technology specialist who can seamlessly combine a deep understanding of IT architecture with the ability to design, develop, and implement advanced automation and AI solutions.. You will join our Infrastructure Team in our headquarters in Herzliya, Israel.
What youll do:
Evaluate existing IT architectures to identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and performance optimization.
Design and implement intelligent automation workflows and AI-powered processes.
Create solutions leveraging Agentic AI, LLM, RAG, MCP, Prompt Engineering, and Context Engineering.
Develop cross-platform integrations using API, Webhooks, and middleware solutions.
Ensure robust, secure, and scalable data and process flows between IT systems.
Build AI-powered chatbots capable of performing automated actions and integrating with IT service management tools.
Implement monitoring systems that leverage automation and AI to detect anomalies in real time.
Automate incident response triggers where applicable.
Lead automation and AI innovation projects from concept to deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Mentor IT staff and team members on automation tools, AI concepts, and integration techniques.
