The Program Manager reports to the team leader of project management. The Program Manager has prime responsibility for managing development and production programs, while ensuring that program objectives (technical, financial and schedule) are fully met. This role covers all stages from marketing support (responding to RFIs/RFPs, engaging with potential customers and expanding offerings for current customers), through product development to production deliveries and successful installation and implementation in the field. Responsibilities: LOB Strategy planning & execution
* Participate in the LOB's strategic planning and contribute to the development of products roadmap.
* Take major part in the execution of the LOB strategy, and assist in reaching the strategic goals.
* Maintain and expand relationships with strategic partners and customers. Pre-Sale Activities:
* Work closely with the business development team to engage new customers and manage pre-sales activities.
* Lead responses to RFIs and RFPs and negotiate with customers. Program planning & execution
* Manage development and production programs within the Line of Business (LOB).
* Develop and implement program plans that define the programs goals and objectives, scope, technical, financial, and schedule requirements, coordinating with all relevant organizational entities.
* Monitor and control program progress according to goals, quality, budget and schedule.
* Lead the Integrated Program Teams (IPT) cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
* Achieve assigned targets in terms of revenue, up-sales and management objectives.
* Coordinate the production planning and execution, from kick-off till completion of deliveries
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
* Support configuration control, root cause and corrective action (RCCA) meetings, problem review board (PRB) meetings as program manager with decision authority. Risks and Opportunities Analysis and Management:
* Identify and analyse potential risks and opportunities associated with customer programs and internal processes.
* Develop risk management plans for the programs and manage the implementation. Customer Success
* Support customers activities, including integrations and testing, to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
* Manage training preparation and execution. Regulatory and Contractual Responsibilities
* Work with the legal department to review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions as part of the bid process.
* Negotiate, activate and manage subcontractors and third-party vendors per program plans and goals.
* Ensure compliance with export control and information security requirements and regulations.

Role Description:
Leading the pilot team of engineers and technicians, with responsibility for the effective pilot operation, directly reporting to Head of Chemical R&D Agan.
Responsible for the scale-up of lab-procedures in organic chemistry field, execution, optimization and study of the processes in pilot. Focal point for process implementation, challenges resolution and process improvements.
Areas of responsibility:
Support the lab process development to meet production requirements.
In charge of safely Pilot operational activities
In charge of process scale up at pilot level and preparation of Tech-Package and Block Diagrams.
Efficient interaction with global tech-transfer team for successful handover and execution of processes in production facilities in Israel, abroad or CM plants.
Lead effective operation and maintenance of the Pilot R&D facility
Effective communication within R&D and production counterparts to ensure efficient process development, scale-up and tech transfer is timely executed and right first time.

Data collection and process control
Assist and proactively support in solving production and R&D process problems
Operational and safety responsibility for scale-up processes developed in R&D and produced in the Pilot plant.

leading Medical Device company and searching for an Operations Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality operations team in Yokneam site. In this role, reporting directly to the EMEA Sr. Operations QA Director, you will manage team of Quality engineers conducting professional quality assurance procedures, in the field of endoscopy products and lead a site QMS strategy. The position is on-site, travel may be required up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Act as Quality Management Representative.
Responsible for the Yokneam site quality management system.
Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and vision.
Ensures the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly.
Build and develop the capabilities of the quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other quality improvement methodologies.
Update company management on quality performance and policy implementation.
Responsible on MRB activities, periodic quality reviews, and provide actionable insights.
Responsible for CAPA management and risk assessment.
Co-ordinates legal requests in support of government investigations or litigations
Lead and ensure company compliance with quality standards and certifications as required.
Leads audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings and liaises with auditing groups and inspectors through all stages of the audits.
Collaborates with cross-functional resources to achieve desired results.
Understand and operate according to medical device regulatory guidelines (GMP, FDA, ISO13485, AIMD R-PAL) and company Quality System procedures.
