Track budgets, timelines, and trial progress to ensure delivery and alignment -
Provide agronomic insights and recommendations throughout the R D lifecycle -
Represent the agronomic perspective in R D projects -
Deliver clear visibility into trial status and resource allocation -
Collaborate with international teams, driving alignment and execution -
Requirements: MSc, MBA or higher in Agriculture or related field -
5+ years of hands-on experience in field trials and agricultural research -
Strong business thinking and project coordination skills -
Excellent organizational and communication abilities -
Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken -
Confident in presenting to stakeholders and decision-makers -
