Serve as a lead reliability authority within Tower semiconductor.
Develop and lead implementation of reliability qualification plans for established platforms such as BCD and RF -SOI and new process technologies such as silicon photonics
Serve as a technical liaison with business units within Tower Semiconductor, proactively guiding device development with a focus on design for reliability
Serve as a technical liaison with Towers PDK and Modeling teams for topics such as aging and SOA
Drive continuous improvement by integrating insights from prior technology generations and proactively performing comprehensive risk assessments
Analyze failures to identify potential root causes and collaborate with R&D and Fab engineering teams to develop and implement effective solutions
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical engineering or Physics. Masters or PhD preferred.
A minimum of 3 years seniority in current position - A Must
Familiar with semiconductor devices and electrical circuits.
Familiar with semiconductor processes.
Experience and knowledge in Electrical TEST, and electrical testers operation.
Strong ability to work independently
Good Communication skills.
English - High level.
