Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in embedded firmware development within Real-Time (RT) or Embedded environments.
Strong proficiency in C, with a deep understanding of hardware-software interaction.
Hands-on expertise with Hardware-Software integrations, particularly for silicon validation and bring-up.
Exceptional debugging skills at the firmware and hardware level.

Experience presenting to executives and working directly with executive leadership.

B.Sc / M.Sc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from a leading universities.

Preferred Qualifications
Highly beneficial: Hands on experience as System engineer/Post Silicon Engineer.
Experience with post silicon activities: Silicon Validation, Debug, Chip bring up, Product Engineering.
Familiar with both SW release flow and ASIC design flow.
Advantages for few years of hands-on experience in Program Management & Matrix management roles including scripting capabilities.
You should be able to comprehend and deal well with rapid changes, while remaining calm and flexible
Willing to travel few times a year

* 8+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer in complex multidisciplinary systems with emphasis on radar and electro-optical system and multiple interconnected systems and subsystems.
* Hands-on experience in system requirements, architecture, interface definition, integration, verification and validation.
* Strong system-level thinking, with the ability to analyze cross-system dependencies and technical trade-offs.
* Strong technical documentation and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:
Responsibilities
* Design and develop real-time embedded software in C/C++ on ARM-based platforms (STM32, Xilinx Zynq / UltraScale+) under an RTOS or bare metal
* Bring up new boards: low-level drivers, BSP, bootloader and embedded Linux kernel adaptation
* Implement and integrate communication interfaces and protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, RS-422/485, Ethernet, TCP/IP)
* Work closely with hardware, FPGA and RF engineers to define and debug HW/SW interfaces
* Debug in the lab with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and JTAG debuggers
* Implement and optimize signal-processing and control algorithms on embedded targets
* Build PC-side test, simulation and automation tools (Python, C#)
* Own modules end to end: requirements, design, documentation, integration, testing and field trials Requirements

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
Hands-on experience in optical metrology and characterization, such as interferometry, wavefront sensing, MTF/imaging quality, spectrophotometry, ellipsometry/scatterometry, diffraction-efficiency, polarization, or stray-light measurement.
Proven ability to design and build optical test setups from the ground up - sources, detectors, cameras, spectrometers, opto-mechanics, and precision alignment. Prototype- and fixture-building skills are essential.
Deep proficiency in lab automation and data analysis - instrument control and scripting (Python preferred), statistical analysis, and measurement-system analysis (e.g. Gage R&R, correlation and tolerance studies).
Solid understanding of physical and wave optics relevant to micro- and nano-optics - diffraction, polarization, and imaging. Familiarity with metasurfaces and nano-photonics is an advantage.
Experience specifying and qualifying vendor test equipment and procedures, and transferring measurement methods from engineering builds into high-volume manufacturing. Familiarity with semiconductor or MEMS components testing is an advantage.
Self-directed, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow within an experienced team.

Preferred Qualifications
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Physics, Electro-Optics, Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant industry experience; -or-
Ph.D. in one of the above fields with 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
