Responsibilities
Own test and validation activities from requirement understanding through planning, execution, analysis, reporting, and closure.

Write professional test plans, procedures, readiness checklists, and final test reports with clear traceability to requirements.
Plan and lead laboratory, ground, field, and flight-test campaigns for UAVs, docking stations, payloads, communication systems, and other subsystems.
Ensure full test readiness: system configuration, test equipment, instrumentation, safety, range/logistics, personnel, and data collection.
Lead hands-on test execution, troubleshoot issues in real time, and make sound engineering decisions in dynamic field environments.
Analyze logs, telemetry, measurements, and system behavior; identify failures, trends, root causes, and gaps requiring further investigation.
Drive post-test debriefs, conclusions, lessons learned, corrective actions, and regression/verification activities.
Lead and develop the experiments/test team, establish professional standards, prioritize activities, and continuously improve test methodology.

We are looking for an Electronics Quality Inspector to perform incoming inspection of components, electronic boards, assemblies, and harnesses received from suppliers and subcontractors, in accordance with drawings, specifications, standards, and the companys quality requirements. The role includes identifying deviations, documenting findings, opening non-conformities, and working closely with Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, and Production departments.
Responsibilities
Perform incoming inspection of electronic components, PCB/PCBA boards, harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies, and raw materials.
Verify compliance with purchase orders, part numbers, delivery notes, CoC, test reports, and manufacturer documentation.
Conduct visual inspections of electronic boards according to IPC requirements, including soldering quality, missing or reversed components, mechanical damage, component markings, and cleanliness.
Verify the compliance of boards and assemblies with drawings, BOMs, manufacturing specifications, and product files.
Use basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, multimeters, continuity testers, and other tools as needed.
Document inspection results in quality/ERP systems and prepare incoming inspection reports.
Open and document non-conformities, including NCR/MRB processes, with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Work with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to handle deviations and release items to production.
Maintain traceability of components and products, including batch numbers, serial numbers, and related documentation.
Participate in quality improvement processes with suppliers and subcontractors.

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Radar ATE Engineer to support the end-to-end production, validation, and analysis of automotive radar systems. This role bridges automated test equipment (ATE) development and product analysis, ensuring high-quality sensor delivery and minimal downtime across global production sites. The position includes deep technical involvement in both software and hardware domains, with a strong focus on manufacturing support, system-level troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.
What will your job look like:
Develop and maintain Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems and debug tools to ensure robust and reliable testing of radar products.
Support high-volume Mass Production manufacturing environments by ensuring stable test operations and minimizing production downtime.
Provide ongoing support to production and test lines by addressing urgent ATE and DUT-level issues.
Develop, execute, analyze, and debug radar test sequences, automation tools, and test infrastructures using Python and MATLAB, supporting engineering investigations, production KPIs, and continuous test improvements.
Work hands-on with hardware, drivers, test equipment, and measurement instruments to support validation, production testing, and troubleshooting activities.
Collaborate closely with Software, Algorithms, RF, Hardware, Production, and System Integration teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Apply a strong system-level perspective to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues across software, hardware, RF, and manufacturing domains.
Perform root cause analysis, calibration, characterization, and debugging activities.
Track and manage test issues and results using JIRA and internal logging systems.
Escalate recurring, critical, or systemic failures and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor production performance and provide technical support to global manufacturing sites, including yield monitoring, unit status tracking, and KPI analysis.
Coordinate with Production, System Integration, and Software Engineering teams to ensure release readiness and smooth production ramp-up.
