We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join our Procurement team.
The Buyer will support both direct and indirect procurement activities, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely purchasing, material availability, and efficient procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from RFQ to Purchase Order and delivery.
Support global procurement activities for both production materials (electronic components, mechanical parts, PCBs, cables, etc.) and indirect categories (services, equipment, office supplies, software, and facilities).
Issue and manage Purchase Orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
Request quotations, compare commercial offers, and support supplier negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in Israel and abroad.
Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
Monitor open purchase orders and proactively resolve supply issues.
Maintain accurate procurement data in the ERP system.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by coordinating material availability.
Assist with supplier onboarding, documentation, and procurement reporting.

This role owns the design, implementation, and governance of the companys core operating processes: identifying inefficiencies, closing ownership gaps, and building the playbooks, benchmarks, and metrics that keep the business running. The role also owns customer quality and account expansion tracking, and reports directly to the CEO on operational and strategic performance.
Key Responsibilities
Process diagnosis: Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplicated effort, and unclear ownership before they escalate.
Process design: Build and maintain the playbooks and SOPs the company uses, and retire those that are obsolete.
Operational strategy & benchmarking: Research industry and competitor practices, and translate findings into strategy recommendations for the CEO.
Customer quality & expansion: Own the metrics for customer satisfaction and service quality, and the process for converting healthy accounts into upsell and expansion revenue.
Change management & audits: Run operational audits, drive fixes to closure, and lead adoption of new processes with function leads.
Metrics & reporting: Track the operational, customer, and growth metrics that matter, and report on business health directly to the CEO.
Process Scope
Process ownership spans the operating model end to end: customer lifecycle and expansion, cross-org handoffs (e.g., Product-Sales, Sales-Marketing), people lifecycle (onboarding, reviews, leveling), OKR cadence, communication and knowledge management, feedback and continuous improvement, vendor and compliance operations, and domain ownership mapping.

What Youll Do

Corporate Strategy. Lead competitive positioning research. Support the development and continuous refinement of the company narrative as the company, market, and competitive landscape evolve.
Fundraising. Build the fundraising strategy and evaluate multiple fundraising paths. Build and manage relationships with private equity funds, banks, and strategic partners. Own and coordinate the fundraising process from initial outreach through execution and closing.
Corporate Development & Partnerships. Source and evaluate acquisition, partnership, and commercial opportunities that can expand the company's talent base, strengthen programmatic supply, or create new monetization opportunities.
Company Operating Cadence. Establish and manage the company's operating rhythm, ensuring business priorities are clearly tracked, budgets remain aligned, and core KPIs progress in line with company goals.
Operational Leadership. Partner with VP HR, Finance, and functional leaders to oversee people strategy, budgeting, compensation planning, and cross-functional operating processes.
