We are a growing digital health startup developing hybrid drugs that combine pharmaceutical innovation with digital technology to improve patient outcomes. We're looking for a hands-on IT Operations Specialist to support our employees and business operations, administer our corporate technology environment, and implement technologies that help our business scale. You'll play a key role in delivering secure and reliable technology that supports our global workforce while partnering with teams across the organization. You'll work with Microsoft 365, Okta, Kandji, AI-powered productivity tools, and a diverse portfolio of cloud-based business applications, helping build and continuously improve our Corporate IT capabilities.


What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support and manage employee IT requests across the organization.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, business applications and end-user technology issues for employees both remotely and in the office.
Administer Microsoft 365, Okta, Kandji and other cloud-based business applications, including user accounts, licenses, permissions and application access.
Partner with the Security Specialist to implement security controls and support identity and access management.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including user provisioning, devices, application access and IT asset management.
Support the company's predominantly macOS environment using Kandji.
Support workplace technology, including workstations, meeting rooms, networking, printers, and collaboration tools, while coordinating with external IT vendors.
Configure and deploy new SaaS platforms and support system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and technology rollouts in accordance with established change management processes.
Partner with business stakeholders to implement technology solutions that address business needs.
Partner with the development team to evaluate, implement and support secure AI-powered tools and solutions that improve business processes and employee productivity.
Recommend and implement improvements that enhance the employee technology experience and internal IT operations.

We're looking for an experienced Senior IT Systems Engineer to join our Global IT team and help shape the future of our modern, cloud-first infrastructure.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys combining enterprise IT, cloud infrastructure, automation, and security. You'll take ownership of mission-critical systems, drive operational excellence, and help build scalable, secure, and automated IT services that support a global hybrid workforce.

What You Will Own:
Design, implement, and manage enterprise infrastructure across Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, and Docker-based environments
Own endpoint management and compliance using Microsoft Intune across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
Build and automate onboarding, offboarding, and IT operational workflows using PowerShell, Python, Azure CLI, AWS CLI, and automation platforms such as Workato
Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, and identity lifecycle management
Strengthen endpoint and cloud security using technologies such as CrowdStrike, Cato Networks, firewalls, and modern security controls
Troubleshoot complex networking environments, including VPNs, DNS, routing, and cloud networking
Lead infrastructure improvements that increase scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the IT team while maintaining high-quality documentation and best practices
Collaborate with Security, Engineering, HR, and Operations to deliver secure and seamless IT services
