A leading company is seeking an experienced Import & Export Manager to lead and manage all international trade and logistics activities, including import/export operations, container handling, and transportation. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Import, Export & Transportation team
* Own end-to-end import & export processes, including container logistics and customs clearance
* Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
* Ensure compliance with customs, regulatory, and safety requirements
* Manage shipping documentation (Invoices, BLs, Certificates of Origin, etc.)
* Optimize logistics processes, timelines, and costs
* Handle exceptions, delays, and operational issues
* Work closely with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Production, Warehousing, Planning, Finance)
Requirements: * Lead and manage the Import, Export & Transportation team

* High level of English - mandatory

* Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field - advantage
* Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
