we are looking for an AI Specialist with deep, hands-on expertise in modern AI platforms to train, prototype, build and ship AI-powered solutions across the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders and IT peers , this role is a combination of an ability to design and work with AI consumers across the organization and technical - to turn the business needs into working AI solutions at speed using the latest agentic and low-code AI tools.
In this role you will also nurture the AI builder's community with advanced knowledge, technical sessions, builders CI/CD process support, creating business data foundations and literacy and responsible AI training and practices
Responsibilities:
Rapidly prototype and deliver working proof-of-concepts and working builds that translate business requirements into functional solutions, iterating quickly toward production.
Lead advanced, in-depth technical sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs for technical and semi-technical audiences, building internal capability in AI-assisted development.
Build and optimize agentic workflows, tool integrations, to maximize solution capability and reliability.
Establish and promote best practices for AI-assisted development, code quality, reusability, and responsible build standards across teams.
Drive build projects from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.
Collaborate with Business Applications, IT R&D, Analytics and business units to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver measurable value through custom-built AI solutions.
This includes identification of required foundations to support the builders community (literacy, business models, RBAC foundations etc.)
Stay continuously current with the fast-moving AI development landscape - new models, platforms, agent frameworks, and tooling - and bring that knowledge into the organization.
Ensure compliance with corporate information security standards, data handling, and governance policies.

You will manage the AI Platform Engineer(s), set the technical standards for the AI Power User group's citizen development program, and serve as the connective tissue between business leadership, platform owners, and development teams. You will shape the multi-year AI architecture roadmap while also rolling up your sleeves to conduct architecture reviews, resolve blockers, and move use cases from concept to production. This is a role for someone who can think big and execute - and who understands that in an enterprise context, the quality of your governance is inseparable from the quality of your architecture.
What You'll Own
Strategy & Architecture
Define and own the enterprise AI integration strategy - identifying opportunities to embed intelligent automation, agentic workflows, predictive analytics, and generative AI capabilities across our core platforms
Develop and maintain reference architectures, design patterns, and the AI architecture decision log that governs how AI models connect to enterprise systems and what they are permitted to do
Consult on enterprise system architecture and implement best practices for the Enterprise Business Systems team to leverage in their day-to-day execution.
Lead Proof-of-Concept initiatives for new AI tools and platform-native AI features, evaluating them against build-vs-buy criteria before recommending adoption
Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational pain points into AI use cases with clear ROI framing and sequencing criteria
Contribute to our enterprise data strategy, ensuring AI initiatives are supported by clean, accessible, and well-governed data pipelines
Integration Architecture & Delivery

Design and own the Workato eMCP layer - the MCP governance model, persona-scoped token framework, workspace isolation strategy, and the single sanctioned action surface through which all AI agents write back to enterprise systems
Define integration patterns and standards for AI model connectivity (Claude, ChatGPT) to Salesforce, NetSuite, HiBob, and Jira - specifying what agents can read, what they can write, through which surfaces, and with what confirmation and audit requirements

What Youll Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can solve complex business and internal problems
Evaluate and select the right AI tools and models (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, etc.) based on use case, limitations, cost, performance, and scalability
Design and implement AI-powered solutions and internal automations using LLM APIs and workflow platforms (e.g., N8N, Workato)
Build and optimize prompts, RAG pipelines, and AI agents while understanding model limitations and trade-offs
Architect scalable AI workflows and integrations across systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, , etc.)
Lead hands-on projects from ideation to rollout, iterating rapidly to deliver value
Stay up to date with emerging AI capabilities and continuously evaluate new tools and frameworks
Educate and guide the organization how to adopt and use wisely AI tools and models.

Build and ship end-to-end AI-driven features and agentic workflows- from experimentation through validation to production deployment (Python and C#).
Design scalable backend services that support production-grade agentic AI capabilities.
Develop and improve solutions powered by LLMs, AI agents, multi-agent systems, and generative AI frameworks.
Evaluate agentic architectures and model performance, owning monitoring, reliability, and continuous improvement in production.
Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineers, data scientists, and analysts to drive AI innovation across the platform.

we are looking for a AI Adoption Engineer.
Responsibilities:
1. Use Case Discovery & Prioritization
Embed with non-R&D teams (CS, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations) to understand workflows and identify where AI creates the highest leverage.
Define and prioritize whats worth building, maintaining a live backlog aligned with VP of AI.
Good discovery is the difference between automation that gets used and automation that gets ignored.
2. AI Tool Development & Delivery (~40%)
Build custom tools, workflow automations, Cowork skills, and AI integrations with existing business systems.
Validate with real users, iterate on adoption signals, and transition stable tools to team ownership.
This role leads by shipping. Working tools - not proposals - are the primary output.
3. Enablement & Adoption
Ensure tools get used: onboarding sessions, playbooks, and hands-on support through behavior change.
Build team confidence and self-sufficiency over time; avoid creating dependency on a single person.
4. AI Landscape Awareness
Evaluate new models, tools, and capabilities for internal relevance and bring what matters back to Navina.
Collaborate with VP of AI to maintain a current roadmap for internal AI operations.
