The Sales and service business operations team is looking for a service Operations Specialist to support our service teams as we manage company growth and the service business expansion and to assist global service leadership in business data management with the day to day service administration and operational tasks.
This role is an integral part to the service organization enabling revenue growth and increasing service productivity by executing service operations activities and partnering with inter-organization functions
Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
Be responsible for the design, maintenance, administration, and support of our CRM platform, including customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation rules, workflows, process builder and flows, managing user setup, profiles, and roles, reports, and dashboards.
Perform data load and build reports, dashboards, and metrics, in addition to monitoring the quality, integrity, and validity of the data reported
Identify and resolve system failures to meet business needs, by leading revisions to business processes.
Support users in their day-to-day tasks.
Manage and expand relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on engineering design and development.
Order Management and fulfilment process from order entry to shipment, manage price quotations, contracts, sales orders, parts handling, RMA.
Follow data-driven approach, manage and analyze reports on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to follow up and control delivery, revenue, forecast, etc.

we are looking for a Sales Operations Business Analyst.
In this role you will be part of the sales Operation team and will be in charge of the following:
Responsibilities:
Own the full Sales Operations readiness for NPI initiatives, ensuring all operational processes, system configurations, and cross-functional communications are in place to support launch execution.
Manage product pricing setup and maintenance within Oracle ERP to support accurate and efficient sales execution.
Own and maintain CRM and ERP data integrity across key platforms such as Salesforce and Oracle, while driving user compliance with established standards and processes.
Collaborate closely with IT and MIS teams to improve business processes, streamline workflows, and resolve system-related issues.
Document core business processes and support the definition, implementation, and adoption of sales operations procedures across the organization.
Act as the central point of contact for Sales regional teams, Finance, Product, and SOX on sales operations-related processes and initiatives.
Build recurring dashboards and reports, analyze trends, identify process gaps, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive continuous improvement.

We seek a Service Material Planner to support our Operations organization and ensure smooth and reliable material availability to meet production and delivery targets.
In this role, you will become an integral part of the Service Planning team, enabling efficient production flow and high service levels by translating demand, production plans, and priorities into actionable material plans.
As a Material Planner, you will play a key role in execution service planning team production and repair plans. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between supply, inventory, and operational needs. This position offers a great opportunity for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will work closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouses, and Engineering teams and will have a direct impact on delivery performance, inventory optimization, and process improvement.
