The Sales and service business operations team is looking for a service Operations Specialist to support our service teams as we manage company growth and the service business expansion and to assist global service leadership in business data management with the day to day service administration and operational tasks.
This role is an integral part to the service organization enabling revenue growth and increasing service productivity by executing service operations activities and partnering with inter-organization functions
Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
Be responsible for the design, maintenance, administration, and support of our CRM platform, including customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation rules, workflows, process builder and flows, managing user setup, profiles, and roles, reports, and dashboards.
Perform data load and build reports, dashboards, and metrics, in addition to monitoring the quality, integrity, and validity of the data reported
Identify and resolve system failures to meet business needs, by leading revisions to business processes.
Support users in their day-to-day tasks.
Manage and expand relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on engineering design and development.
Order Management and fulfilment process from order entry to shipment, manage price quotations, contracts, sales orders, parts handling, RMA.
Follow data-driven approach, manage and analyze reports on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to follow up and control delivery, revenue, forecast, etc.

We are seeking a Sales Operations Director to lead global business operations, including sales processes, forecasting, processes, and systems. This senior role combines strategic leadership with hands on execution and cross functional influence
Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
Lead and develop a global Sales Operations team supporting regions and key accounts
Act as the global owner of end-to-end commercial processes
Drive integration of forecasting, planning, pricing, agreements, commissions, and customer lifecycle operations
Partner closely with Sales leadership, business divisions, and Finance
Enhance and standardize processes within Salesforce and Oracle ERP while ensuring data quality and system alignment
Define roles, KPIs, and accountability, and oversee day-to-day execution
Own commercial processes including quoting, pricing, agreements, sales orders, and evaluations
Establish and improve global processes, controls, and documentation, ensuring compliance across regions
Support planning, analysis, reporting, and executive reviews
Foster a culture of operational excellence, discipline, and data-driven decision-making.
