The L&D Operations role is responsible for the end-to-end administration and operational delivery of global learning and development initiatives. This position owns training logistics, vendor coordination, LMS administration, compliance tracking, reporting, and learning data management to ensure a seamless and high-quality employee learning experience.
This role requires strong English communication skills (written and verbal), a highly service-oriented mindset, and the ability to partner effectively with leaders and stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
This is an ideal second role for someone with prior experience in HR, L&D coordination, training administration, or program operations who is looking to expand ownership and strategic exposure.
Responsibilities:
Training Course Operations
Manage the end-to-end coordination and execution of management development, soft skills, and team-based training programs delivered in Israel HQ and our global sites:
Coordinate global training logistics, scheduling, and delivery across multiple regions
Source, evaluate, and manage external training vendors and facilitators
Align with vendors on program objectives, delivery format, and operational requirements
Manage training communications, including participant invitations and updates
Support leaders and participants with scheduling adjustments and logistical needs
Ensure all training facilities, materials, and delivery requirements are in place
Maintain accurate training records and documentation
Monitor training participation and track completion
Collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and data analysis
Consolidate reporting insights to recommend improvements in content, delivery format, and learner experience
Support development of an annual training calendar and scalable global rollout processes
Learning Management System (LMS) & Digital Learning Administration
Compliance Training Administration
Assign and manage mandatory compliance training for new hires and existing employees
Track learner progress and course completion within the LMS
Proactively follow up and escalate overdue training to ensure regulatory compliance
Maintain accurate compliance records and reporting documentation
Generate compliance dashboards and participation reports for stakeholders
Online Learning Platform Management
Administer employee access to online learning platforms (Udemy, Pluralsight, LinkedIn Learning, Duolingo)
Manage license allocation and utilization tracking
Process training access requests and approvals
Monitor platform usage and report on engagement and learning outcomes
Identify opportunities to optimize license usage and scale access efficiently
LMS Operations & Administration
Administer and maintain LMS platforms (Skilljar and Traliant)
Upload courses, manage enrollments, and configure learning assignments
Track learner progress and training participation
Maintain accurate learning records and system data integrity
Support creation of learning paths and structured learning journeys (as needed)
Identify opportunities to streamline LMS workflows and automate processes
Contribute to enhancing the overall digital learning experience.

As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will play a critical role in driving product education with a primary focus on customer-facing, channel partner and internal product education. You will independently own the design and delivery of high-impact learning experiences - including video courses, hands-on labs, and certification programs - that empower customers, partners and employees to master the platform and unlock its full value. You will also support internal teams in deepening their product expertise, ensuring they are fully equipped to position and operationalize with confidence. What Youll Be Doing?
Develop and deliver Torps product education programs - including video courses, hands-on labs, and certification programs - for three key audiences: customers, channel partners, and internal teams (Marketing, Field, Product, and R&D).
Own the end-to-end production of instructional videos, hands-on labs, structured courses, and certification paths that support the business by driving product adoption - empowering customers, channel partners, and internal teams to independently master and champion the platform.
Work closely with multiple subject matter experts (SMEs) across departments to gather knowledge, validate accuracy, and transform inputs into effective learning content - often under tight timelines.
Translate complex, highly technical product concepts into clear, engaging learning materials tailored to diverse audiences - from internal teams to end customers.
Continuously update internal and external training assets to reflect new product releases, roadmap changes, and evolving customer needs.
Measure the business impact of learning - track knowledge adoption and product usage, collect feedback, and continuously iterate content to ensure training directly supports growth and product adoption goals.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in training and development, instructional design, and technical knowledge to:
Train company employees and partners
Design and test engaging labs
Develop comprehensive courseware materials
Key Responsibilities
Deliver instructor-led training on our company products, technologies, and networking protocols.
Deliver a minimum of 30 training days per quarter.
Develop and build new courses for new products, technologies, and networking protocols.
Write exams and lab exercises for training.
Modify current materials of selected courses to keep them up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
Train both entry-level and advanced programs, including QA/TS programs in Israel and other technical courses by demand.
The position possibly requires travel 2-3 times a quarter.
