We are looking for a Project Manager to join our R&D Team. You will be responsible for managing our core projects and deliveries, coordinating people and processes to ensure on-time delivery, at a high level, and with full transparency. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a projects organization and timeline, tracking performance, and implementing process changes that are required to meet our goals.

In addition to leading core R&D projects, this role will own key Product Operations processes, ensuring product planning, launches, data governance, KPIs tracking, and cross-functional alignment are executed with excellence and scalability.

Projects are a highly collaborative effort. Things here move quickly so youll need to think on your feet, breaking down complex problems into steps that drive our projects at high velocity.

What you'll do:

Work directly with R&D and Product Management in an extremely dynamic environment to ensure successful delivery.
Maintain visibility and transparency of all project and product performance aspects, including defining, tracking, and reporting on Product and R&D KPIs.
Encourage collaboration between teams and other stakeholders
Manage dependencies and mitigate risks
Conducting post-project evaluations and identifying opportunities for improvement
Optimizing the value, cost and managing relationships with different suppliers used by the RnD team, like cloud providers or development tools.
Plan and kick off internal and external projects of the company.
Own and optimize Product Operations processes across planning, discovery, execution, and release.
Track and analyze Product KPIs, ensuring visibility, data integrity, and actionable insights.
Coordinate product ceremonies, roadmap syncs, and cross-functional planning sessions.

We are seeking an Implementation Manager with HR experience to guide clients through the onboarding process onto our SaaS-based human resource platform.
The ideal candidate will facilitate smooth implementations, ensuring clients effectively transition and maximize the value of our offerings. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for this role.
What will you do?
You will lead implementation projects, align client needs with the platform capabilities, drive client value and work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and timelines
Be the main point of contact for our clients from point of sale through to deployment
Gather system requirements and business objectives from customers
Assess how best to configure the platform and provide guidance on best practices and successful deployment
Identify and analyze project risks & dependencies on an ongoing basis

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) in the R&D PMO team. You will bridge the gap between large-scale organizational architecture and processes and modern, automated execution. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling critical cross-functional processes-such as R&D planning, dependency tracking, and operational governance-across multiple engineering and product divisions. You are proactive leader and an AI-fluent builder. You will lead complex stakeholder alignment across different groups, but you will also actively leverage AI workflows, low-code automations, and modern tooling integrations to bake your processes directly into our R&D environment.
