We are looking for a strong commercial builder and hunter with a proven track record of winning new business, generating pipeline, opening new markets, and driving measurable revenue growth.
The position requires a highly hands-on professional who combines strategic thinking with strong day-to-day execution and thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
Drive new business opportunities and lead complex sales cycles from early engagement through closing
Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and strategic partners across Europe, with a particular focus on Eastern European markets
Build and execute regional go-to-market and channel strategies
Create, develop, and manage a strong commercial pipeline with clear accountability and forecasting
Lead RFP/RFI processes and technical-commercial proposals
Support customer evaluations, trials, demonstrations, and strategic engagements
Work closely with technical, product, and delivery teams to support customer requirements and provide market feedback
Represent at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings across Europe
Provide ongoing market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insights
Requirements: 7+ years of hands-on B2B sales experience in Defense-Tech, UAV, RF communications, autonomous systems, or related industries
Proven track record of winning new business and driving sales growth across Eastern European markets
Experience selling to OEMs and system integrators
Experience selling complex hardware and software solutions
Strong technical understanding of RF communications, UAV/drone technologies, embedded cybersecurity, or integrated defense systems
Strong hunting, lead generation, and new logo acquisition capabilities
Proven ability to build pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue
Ability to manage complex technical and commercial discussions
Strong relationship-building and customer-facing skills
Hands-on experience using AI tools for business development, sales activities, and day-to-day work
Fluent English
Additional Eastern European languages - advantage
