We are looking for a business-oriented Partner Manager to lead and grow our strategic relationships with key technology vendors. This role serves as the central point connecting vendors with internal teams across sales, marketing, presales, finance, and leadership - driving revenue growth, improved profitability, and long-term strategic collaboration.
The ideal candidate understands how technology partnerships and sales ecosystems operate, and can translate company strategy into effective vendor engagement and joint go-to-market execution.
Responsibilities
Partnership & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact while leading regular vendor meetings and QBRs to review performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
Contract & Performance Management
Manage the full contract lifecycle, from creation and negotiation to renewal - ensuring strong financial and operational outcomes while minimizing risk.
Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and manage rebates, partner funds, and MDF budgets in collaboration with Finance.
Go-to-Market & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute channel-driven sales plans to meet revenue and pipeline goals, while leading high-impact partner marketing initiatives
Provide accurate sales forecasts and market development reports aligned with business objectives.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts and performance data, generate reports, and update management on progress while proactively escalating risks or challenges.
Continuously identify opportunities to optimize vendor relationships, streamline processes, and improve outcomes.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Partner Management, Vendor Management, or a related role.
Proven experience negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and evaluating performance.
Strong business orientation with the ability to create and execute strategic plans.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple internal teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and translate data into actionable insights.
Solid understanding of the technology ecosystem (Cloud, Infrastructure, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience in a technology integrator or reseller environment - an advantage.
