We are looking for a skilled system Support and Implementation Specialist to support, operate, implement, and maintain a project management and quality management system, while working closely with internal and external users, project teams, vendors, and IT stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Own and manage ongoing relationships with customers, gradually taking on a central Customer Success role

Requirements:
Proven experience working with B2B customers (Customer Success, implementation, consulting, or similar roles)
Strong experience in defining business processes and complex system requirements
Deep familiarity with the AI ecosystem (LLMs, agents, automation) - required
Strong systems thinking and ability to see the bigger picture
Hands-on mindset, high level of autonomy, and strong sense of ownership
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead customer-facing processes

Previous experience with CRM or SaaS products

SQL/SOQL experience and comfort handling data analysis and validation tasks.
Experience working with CI/CD, git-based version control, and multi‑environment deployment practices spanning multiple teams.
Proficient knowledge of Agile/Scrum and expertise to utilize Jira & Confluence to the fullest while having effective time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple changing priorities.
Ability to simplify and explain complex systems to non-technical stakeholders with fluent English.

Desired
Familiarity with next-gen technologies and modern technical stacks including hands-on experience lightweight scripting and business application applicable prompt engineering.
Solid understanding of ERP/SAP integrations specifically within manufacturing organizations, bringing familiarity with supply chain, order lifecycle, or production processes and manufacturing IT apps.
Experience designing and implementing scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce CPQ and/or Apttus/Conga CPQ - including bundles, pricing logic, discount structures, approval flows, ABO, callbacks, and promotional mechanisms.
