Take strong ownership of technical outcomes and drive end-to-end implementation of cloud solutions, from design to production readiness
Define and enforce best practices, standards, and validation processes, leading technical reviews and knowledge sharing across the team
Mentor engineers and support their technical growth and skill development
Support pre-sales activities including demos, scoping, and POCs, and review SOWs with technical validation, recommendations, and LOE estimates
Drive adoption of new technologies, in collaboration with the CTO office
Contribute to and prioritize technical backlog items and internal assets, including reusable code and documentation

Requirements:
At least 10 years of relevant experience in DevOps and cloud environments
At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar leadership role, ideally within a consulting or customer-facing environment
Strong hands-on experience in AWS and Azure, including architecture, networking, security, and CI/CD
Mandatory hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and the cloud-native ecosystem
Deep understanding of DevOps practices, platform engineering, and modern cloud architectures, with proven ability to troubleshoot complex distributed production systems
Strong programming skills in Python and/or Go for automation and scalable systems
Hands-on expertise in AI/GenAI technologies, including integrating LLM-based solutions into real-world systems
Experience in observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
Ability to evaluate new technologies and translate them into practical, customer-ready solutions
Ability to operate effectively at scale in dynamic, fast-changing environments
