We are seeking a skilled and motivated Procurement Manager to join our finance team. In this role, you will take full ownership of our day-to-day purchasing lifecycle and vendor relationships. Your primary mission will be to transition our current purchasing from an informal process into an organized, efficient, and scalable system.
This is a fully hands-on role, you will be responsible for creating our procurement infrastructure completely from scratch designing policies, implementing workflows, and executing operations tasks yourself before scaling.
This role is highly collaborative, acting as the strategic bridge between internal team needs and external supplier capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, plan, and execute the end-to-end procurement process, driving continuous improvement initiatives and procurement automation efforts.
Conduct thorough supply market research to provide category intelligence and benchmarks on industry dynamics, trends, and best practices.
Structure, review, and negotiate complex agreements and renewals, ensuring alignment with company policies and minimizing contractual risks.
Partner closely with multiple business units to understand their procurement needs, acting as a subject matter expert to lead and streamline purchasing initiatives.
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal commercial terms
Identify, track, and lead cost-reduction and cost-avoidance initiatives to support corporate financial goals.
Review existing and new contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with procurement policies and lead their renewals.
Establish, communicate, and enforce procurement policies and governance across the organization.

Required Procurement Manager
As Procurement Manager, youll lead the development and execution of our global procurement strategy, policies, processes, and systems. In this strategic and hands-on role, youll oversee the full Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.
Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, IT, Security, and other business units, youll build scalable procurement practices that improve visibility, strengthen governance, and support informed purchasing decisions. This is an opportunity for an experienced procurement leader who combines strong commercial judgment and technology-market expertise with excellent negotiation, project management, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
Build Procurement strategy; procurement policy, process, and guidelines
Lead Procurement system tool implementation - planning and execution of integration with ERP system (NetSuite)
Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including budgeting, sourcing, negotiation, vendor management, contracting, and cost reduction initiatives
Lead contracts and negotiations with vendors to secure advantageous terms
Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, IT, Security etc.
Effectively manage day-to-day vendor relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery to relevant departments
Provide spending insights and metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Train internal stakeholders on the procurement policies, processes, and systems
Handle ad-hoc contracting requests, manage renewals, and monitor contracting needs.

About the Role
Exhibits decisive action to deliver the procurement strategy from development to delivery (construction phases) including all the tasks to be performed by all the consultants, contractors, financial and industrial partners.
Guide the Line Managers (the Designers) for all topics relevant to procurement, commercial issues and contract management, ensuring consistency of approach across the network.
Establish new Contract Management and Procurement procedures and processes on behalf of the Client.
Support Client in undertaking procurement procedures by bringing international best practice experience.
Support Client in reviewing, assessing and managing procurement documentation and proposals from bidders.
Identify and manage procurement risks within own area of responsibility
Support the Client in the assessment of procurement related deliverables and strategy proposals by the Line Managers.
Support the Client with market engagement and supplier discussion activities
Develop methods of dialog with the Client and with the candidates for the several types of contracts.
Closely work with the Clients procurement and contract management team.
Exhibit problem solving with resiliency and conflict avoidance/management.
Benchmark and apply best practices to large infrastructure projects.
Apply continuous improvement and precision in detail.
Ensure effective and efficient reporting to and interface with the Lead Procurement Manager.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our Procurement team.
The Purchasing Specialist will support both direct and indirect procurement activities, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely purchasing, material availability, and efficient procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from RFQ to Purchase Order and delivery.
Support global procurement activities for both production materials (electronic components, mechanical parts, PCBs, cables, etc.) and indirect categories (services, equipment, office supplies, software, and facilities).
Issue and manage Purchase Orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
Request quotations, compare commercial offers, and support supplier negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in Israel and abroad.
Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
Monitor open purchase orders and proactively resolve supply issues.
Maintain accurate procurement data in the ERP system.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by coordinating material availability.
Assist with supplier onboarding, documentation, and procurement reporting.
