Work on real-time video processing, ingest/transcode pipelines, and streaming infrastructure
Collaborate with the team on backend services written in Python and Go
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in multithreaded, low-latency systems
Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps to ship reliable, scalable features
Leverage AI tools (primarily Claude) as part of your daily development workflow.
Requirements: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent or relevant military tech unit experience.
4-5 years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong C++ background (C++11 and above).
Experience in low-level, system-level development on Linux.
Familiarity with multithreading, concurrency, and memory management.
Background that spans both hardware and software domains (e.g., embedded, IoT, military tech units).
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with video streaming, real-time video processing, or multimedia frameworks (e.g., FFmpeg, CUDA)
Familiarity with streaming protocols (UDP, TCP, RTMP, HLS) or transport-layer development
Experience with Go or Python
Background in IoT or embedded systems
Experience working in Agile environments
Hands-on experience using AI coding tools in your workflow.
This position is open to all candidates.
