we are a global pioneer of radar systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. We are looking for a highly experienced ATE Group Manager to lead the development of all automated TEST equipment (ATE) and calibration systems for our advanced radar products. In this role, you will oversee the entire ATE lifecycle, from R&D support to full-scale production line integration. You will manage a multidisciplinary group of approximately 15 engineers, including system, Integration and Software teams, ensuring the delivery testing solutions and radar calibration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the ATE group (approx. 15 engineers), including Team Leaders.
* Define the technical roadmap for the company's testing environments, including radar calibration methodologies and production-line testers.
* Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of complex RF -based ATE systems.
* Manage operations within Anechoic Chambers for radar characterization and testing.
* Collaborate closely with diverse interfaces: R&D, Business Units, Production Management, and system Engineers.
* Drive operational excellence, ensuring TEST equipment reliability, stability, and scalability across multiple sites.

Our simulators model diverse cores within a cutting-edge SoC designed to accelerate Big Data and Database Analytics.
You will collaborate closely with hardware and software teams, contributing to co-design efforts that influence architecture, tooling, and system-level behaviour.
Responsibilities:
Lead & grow a team of experienced engineers
Develop new hardware simulators and continue evolving existing one.
Collaborate with Architecture, VLSI, and Software teams to drive co-design initiatives.
Provide insights that influence chip architecture, compiler optimization, and system-level performance.
Develop tools that drive the chip development cycle.

We are looking for a Senior RT Embedded Engineer to join our design and development team, responsible for the full-cycle development of an innovative 4D imaging radar for the automotive sector. You will take a lead role in design and implementation of real-time software for a multi-core automotive SoC platform, consisting of embedded cores, DSPs and dedicated accelerators.
What will you do?
Be part of full-cycle development of embedded SW for innovative automotive radars
Take a lead role in embedded system SW design and implementation on the industrys cutting-edge embedded SoC
Integrate the teams SW over the real-time embedded controller. Bring SW to validation readiness to the validation team. Bring SW to the test vehicles
Specify and balance system-SW requirements to achieve the run time restrictions of the compute platform
Work in collaboration with the CTO and Algorithms team

Overall responsibility for precision tracking technical project management at R&D including planning and monitoring of all R&D activities, planning and monitoring of project R&D budget (material and hours), lead of technical activities with the customer including design reviews, acceptance testing and system assimilation.
Overall responsibility of the system level architecture of complex systems
Overall responsibility for System, Software and Hardware level specifications and requirements.
Overall responsibility and active participation in the Integration and Proof of Design phases.
Overall responsibility for electrical connectivity design between LRUs

We are looking for a Senior DSP Software Engineer who will lead design and implementation of our innovative signal processing algorithms on the industry cutting-edge target platform, consisting of embedded cores, DSPs, and dedicated accelerators.
What will you do:
Perform analysis, design, implementation and validation of innovative MIMO imaging radar algorithms for next generation ADAS and autonomous
vehicles on our target platform
Participate in SW architecture design and perform signal processing algorithm porting & optimization
Address real-time constraints in a challenging memory/compute bound framework
Be part of a goal-oriented workgroup and dynamic research & development environment
Work in close collaboration with CTO and SW architecture team
