As a Dynamics Dynamics 365 CRM Systems Analyst, You'll analyze requirements, identify needs and gaps, and manage work interfaces. You'll work in a multi stakeholders environment.
You will take part in a newly formed MS dynamics team, aimed for providing a full E2E solution for the Customer Care service organization at our company.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Meet with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements
Analyze requirements and identify gaps in multi-process and complex domain
Write high-level and detailed specification documents for Dynamics 365
Implement Dynamics 365 customization, upgrades, data migrations, and interfaces

Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in ms dynamics implementation (cloud solution).
3+ years of experience in ms dynamics systems analysis
Experience in a multi-process environment
Managed and actively participated in long-term projects (at least one year from day one to go live)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and high motivation.
