In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and platform limitations.

Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, facilitate, and lead reviews of business requirements with users and developers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and mutual understanding.
Collaborate with vendors to design, develop, and implement Automation solutions using RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, SQLs, Python and VBA.
Utilize expertise in programming languages such as SQL and Python to perform data analysis and recommend various solutions to improve data accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
Create data visualizations utilizing tools such as Tableau\Power BI to present and recommend alternative solutions as well as drive data-driven decision-making.
