Order Management Team Lead - JD
The Order Management team handles the Order-to-Invoice processes, including reviewing submitted orders, processing them in ERP and CRM systems, activating licenses and invoicing.
As the Order Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the team while remaining hands-on in providing high-quality support to both internal and external customers.
