KMS Lighthouse is looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented Technical Product Manager with a strong sense of ownership to lead key parts of our knowledge management platform. In this role, you will drive the strategy and execution for core product areas, including AI powered features, helping our customers deliver better experiences to employees and end users. You will own the full product lifecycle from discovery and research to delivery, iteration, and success measurement.

Responsibilities:

* Define and lead the product roadmap for key areas of the Lighthouse platform, aligning customer needs with business goals
* Drive the development of AI powered capabilities that enhance search, automation, and user experience
* Collaborate with engineering and design to build scalable, reliable, and intuitive products
* Partner with sales, customer success, and support to understand customer challenges and translate them into product solutions
* Conduct user research, customer interviews, and market analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize work
* Write clear, detailed product specifications and user stories that enable teams to deliver with focus and clarity
* Drive cross functional execution from discovery through development, launch, and iteration, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
* Own product success metrics and use data to inform decisions, improvements, and prioritization

Were looking for a hands-on Technical Product Manager to lead a software product end-to-end - from business vision and customer needs to deep technical specifications and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the product lifecycle from concept to delivery
Translate business and customer needs into clear product and technical specifications
Manage product roadmap and prioritize backlog based on business value and technical complexity
Write PRDs and detailed technical design documents (LLD)
Work closely with Development and QA teams throughout the delivery process
Lead the rollout and adoption of new features across the organization

Product manager supports portfolio expansion and market development and collaborates closely with internal and external teams, such as the Medical Affairs and the Market Access department, local payers, and budget holders The role combines working in the field and office and travelling overseas when necessary.

Responsibilities:
• Planning and achieving marketing goals, including profitability and sales targets for the existing portfolio and regular monitoring of the market trends, planning short and long terms strategies, and driving initiatives to support the plan • Developing innovative strategic plans and intensive operational marketing plans • Project Management: Identifying and driving critical project that generate exponential growth • Competitive intelligence: Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjusting marketing strategy and planning to meet changing markets and competitive conditions • Ensuring program implementation for existing brands and monitoring implementation within the allocated budget • Building business cases and ensuring approval of identified opportunities with new product launches • Conducting ongoing business and financial reviews of business development opportunities • Identifying and developing external opportunities and analyzing potential targets via active internal and external scouting activities • Identifying, developing and maintain relationships with KOLs • Leading cross-functional support to ensure effective communication and implementation of partners' objectives • Bring responsible for alliance management with strategic partners to achieve business goals • Developing consumer activation strategy and driving execution through social media • Constantly assessing new developments suitable to our market
