We're looking for an execution-oriented VP Product to lead product management and delivery. You'll report directly to the CPO and translate the company's vision into a concrete roadmap - then make sure it actually ships. This is not a "big picture only" role. You'll own prioritization, cross-departmental synchronization, and product-market fit while getting your hands dirty with specs, trade-offs, and release cycles.
You'll manage a small team of creative directors, and work closely with our engineering team to scale a platform that sits at the intersection of AI, advertising, and creative production.
What You'll Do
Build and manage the product roadmap based on the CPO's vision and business objectives - turning direction into sequenced, deliverable milestones.
Own the full product lifecycle from spec to production, ensuring features ship on schedule and at quality.
Manage the product backlog, balancing customer requests, market requirements, and technical constraints - and saying no when needed.
Act as the primary connector between R&D, Sales, CS, and Marketing to ensure alignment on feature launches, product updates, and go-to-market timing.
Manage technical partnerships and integrations with major advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, and others).
Systematize user feedback and performance data collection to inform product iterations.
Drive the evolution of our platform toward greater automation and self-serve capabilities.
Requirements: 5+ years in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing PMs or cross-functional teams.
Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products - ideally in adtech, martech, or creative tooling.
Deep understanding of AI/ML-powered products. You don't need to train models, but you need to understand how multi-agent AI systems, generative models, and data feedback loops work, because that's what you'll be managing.
Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, creative fatigue) and how they connect to product decisions.
Strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. If your last 5 years were at a 500-person company managing one feature, this isn't the right fit.
Excellent communication - you can translate technical requirements clearly to R&D and business value to Sales and Marketing.
Analytical mindset - comfortable using data to drive prioritization and measure product success.
This position is open to all candidates.
