Responsibilities

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing global campaigns on Meta.
2+ years of experience in B2C performance marketing.
Experience managing other paid channels, such as TikTok, Twitter, and Snapchat, is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
Deep understanding of conversion-rate optimization strategies and A/B testing methodologies.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing web and app funnels to drive conversions and enhance conversion.
Experience managing monthly budgets in the six-figure range (USD) is required.
A passion for football and other sports is an advantage.
