What will your job look like?
Serve as the primary finance partner to the Region Execution Manager, supporting regional financial planning, analysis, and insights.
Track internal efficiency metrics and KPIs for the region, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Expense to Revenue (E2R).
Monitor regional staffing metrics such as headcount, position approvals, and hire plans in alignment with business needs and cost targets.
Conduct offering-level P&L analysis and support quarterly business reviews.
Prepare and present monthly financial updates to leadership, highlighting key takeaways and actionable recommendations.
Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support evolving business needs.
Facilitate S&OP processes and ensure alignment between revenue, demand and staffing.
Support system alignment and drive process standardization across finance operations.

This role plays a key part in driving financial performance, providing actionable insights, and partnering with senior leadership to support strategic decisions. Responsibilities
* Manage core FP&A processes, including budget planning, forecasting, monthly closings, and performance reporting
*  Deliver insightful financial analysis that drives business decisions and supports growth initiatives.
* Partner with senior managers across departments to understand business drivers and improve performance visibility
* Manage headcount planning and cost analysis , tracking spending trends and supporting resource allocation decisions
* Contribute to strategic and process improvement initiatives , enhancing financial efficiency and transparency.

In this role you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards , and supporting internal and external audit processes. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Responsibilities (English)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting.
Assist with the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Support regulatory and management reporting requirements.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls.
Collaborate with auditors by providing required documentation and resolving audit queries.
Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed for internal stakeholders.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.
Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures documentation.
Monitor accounting developments and assess their impact on financial reporting.

The role involves close collaboration with Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain teams and plays a key role in financial risk analysis and management decision support.
Responsibilities (English)
Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual cash flow forecasts
Analyze, monitor, and report on foreign exchange exposures (primarily import/export activities) and commodity exposures
Support the execution of hedging transactions and monitor their impact on P&L and cash flow
