As an Emerging Business Account Manager, you will own a high-volume portfolio of emerging customers, driving renewals, expansion, and retention through data-driven decision making, automation, and strong commercial execution. What Youll Do
Manage a high-volume portfolio of approximately 300 emerging business accounts, with full ownership over renewals, expansion, and churn prevention

Identify, forecast, and close upsell opportunities within your book of business to consistently meet individual revenue quotas

Proactively detect at-risk accounts using product usage data and behavioral signals, and execute intervention plans to retain and grow revenue

Act as the commercial owner for your clients, clearly articulating the value of platform and ensuring ROI alignment

Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Russian - a must
