Key job responsibilities
As System Integration Lead Engineer, you'll drive product development from initial architecture discussions through design, production, and customer deployment. You'll own critical hardware and software system integration, including architecture definition, mechanical design, thermal/power optimization, and signal integrity for high-speed interfaces (PCIe, SATA, Ethernet). Your responsibilities extend to developing robust boot flows, recovery mechanisms, remote debugging capabilities, firmware update processes, and comprehensive health monitoring systems.
You'll design and implement screening tests for production and data centers, lead fleet-level debugging, create repair procedures that maximize capacity recovery, and conduct game-days to validate failure recovery before general availability. This role requires you to define and document integration methodologies that scale across our product portfolio.
You'll lead the application of emerging technologies to large-scale deployments, directly impacting customer experience. Responsibilities
Helpdesk Support
Respond to user queries via helpdesk ticketing system, email, in person, and remote access tools.
Provide first- and second-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents and service requests, escalating as necessary.
Follow standard operating procedures for incident response, documentation, and escalation.
Administer and maintain helpdesk/ticketing software, ensuring accurate records of all requests and resolutions.
Develop and deliver end-user training sessions and create supporting materials.
Write and update user guides, FAQ documents, and training manuals.
User Lifecycle Management
Onboarding and Offboarding:
Provision accounts, devices, and necessary access rights for new users.
Offboard departing users, including revoking access, collecting equipment, and archiving data.
Maintain and periodically review user accounts and permission groups to ensure compliance and security.
Endpoint Management
Provision and manage company devices (Windows, Mac, mobile), ensuring compliance with security policies.
Support device lifecycle management: setup, maintenance, asset tracking, and decommissioning.
Asset Management: Track and manage IT assets, licenses, and inventory.

As our Hardware Systems Integration Engineer, you will be the lead architect responsible for the "nervous system " of our vehicles. You won't just be selecting components; you will be evaluating infrastructure that enables our AI software to see, process, and React to the world in Real-Time.
Responsibilities:
* Vision-Centric Architecture: Lead the selection and integration of high-dynamic-range (HDR) automotive-grade cameras.
* Compute Platform Selection - Evaluate and benchmark high-performance edge platforms (e.g., NVIDIA Orin, Qualcomm Snapdragon, Ambarella, or custom SOC solutions) capable of handling massive parallel video streams with minimal latency.
* Thermal & Power Integrity: Design integration of computing HW into automotive grade environment. This work can be done with external suppliers.
*  system Synchronization: design and ensure sensor synchronization.
* Redundancy Planning: architect fail-operational hardware systems to ensure the vehicle remains safe even if a specific component or communication bus fails.
* Present to and consult with the group leaders as to hardware design trade-offs

We are looking for a top ASIC Engineer with a curiosity about SOC design automation, RTL integration, chip build and assembly, and padring design and verification. You should have real passion for methodologies and automation solutions that enable SOC creation in the most optimized way.

In this position, you will get the opportunity to build complex networking chips and interact directly with unit-level ASIC, Physical Design, CAD, Package Design, Software, DFT and other teams.

What you'll be doing:
Implement chip level design through collaboration with cross-functional teams (Functional Design, DFT, Design Verification, System Verification, STA, and Physical Design).
Be exposed and work on a variety of functional and structural challenges. Including functional debug, physical design readiness, emulation, resolve design quality issues.
Daily work involves aspects of chip level design, including partitioning, CDC, RDC, trial synthesis, design quality checks.
Taking part in flows development and deployment.
