Job responsibilities
What will you do:
We are looking for a Conversation Optimization Manager to own A/B testing and personalization across our localized websites and support key organic and lifecycle initiatives. You will focus on improving lead generation and funnel progression by creating relevant, high-performing experiences for global audiences. Working closely with the SEO, Lifecycle, Localization, and Regional Marketing teams, youll ensure experiments align with regional needs and broader growth goals.
Owning CRO tools such as chatbots, overlays, and product tours, youll design, test, and optimize pop-ups, chatbot flows, and interactive demos to increase engagement and conversions. Youll use data and experimentation to identify opportunities, scale successful learnings, and continuously improve the user experience across markets while maintaining a thoughtful balance between speed, quality, and impact.
Your responsibilities:
Own A/B testing/Personalization planning, execution, and analysis - focus on:
Localized websites - partner with Localization Manager
Lead generation across all websites - partner with SEO
Support lifecycle team initiatives
Collaborate with RMMs on market-specific lead-gen activities
Lead and oversee website layovers strategy:
Trendemon
Strategize and deploy high-impact pop-ups and banner campaigns
Own A/B testing of popup and banner variants
Support personalization goals
Chatbot
Manage the Drift bot and new pilot tools (e.g AI bots) by identifying the right triggers, conversational paths, and handoff behaviors
Own A/B testing of chatbot variants
Navattic (product tour)
Take ownership of Navattic to improve website user experience.
Collaborate with PMM to leverage this tool for better product exposure on the website
Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in CRO, growth, or experimentation roles within a B2B SaaS or similar digital environment.
Proven experience driving measurable conversion improvements through A/B testing, personalization, and optimization across websites.
Strong understanding of experimentation fundamentals, including hypothesis development, statistical significance, and funnel analysis.
Hands-on experience with CRO and engagement tools such as chatbots, pop-ups, personalization platforms, or interactive demos (e.g., Drift, Trendemon, Navattic or similar).
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance, interpret results, and connect experiments to downstream funnel impact.
Experience working cross-functionally with SEO, Lifecycle, Localization, and Regional Marketing teams.
Comfort working in fast-paced, agile environments while managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to prioritize effectively and push back when needed.
