What will you do:
We are looking for a Conversation Optimization Manager to own A/B testing and personalization across our localized websites and support key organic and lifecycle initiatives. You will focus on improving lead generation and funnel progression by creating relevant, high-performing experiences for global audiences. Working closely with the SEO, Lifecycle, Localization, and Regional Marketing teams, youll ensure experiments align with regional needs and broader growth goals.
Owning CRO tools such as chatbots, overlays, and product tours, youll design, test, and optimize pop-ups, chatbot flows, and interactive demos to increase engagement and conversions. Lead generation across all websites - partner with SEO
Support lifecycle team initiatives
Collaborate with RMMs on market-specific lead-gen activities
Lead and oversee website layovers strategy:

Strategize and deploy high-impact pop-ups and banner campaigns

Chatbot

Requirements:
