What you'll be doing
Inventory Management: Youll manage the entire lifecycle of rider gear, including ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing items like helmets, bags, jackets, and other essential equipment. Youll also conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent shortages.
Logistics & Distribution: Youll be the primary point of contact for distributing gear to our fleet of riders. This includes coordinating shipments, managing pickup schedules, and ensuring that all gear is delivered on time and in good condition. Youll also handle returns and exchanges.
Data & Reporting: Youll track gear usage and inventory metrics, using data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and optimize our logistics processes. Youll also provide regular reports to management on inventory levels, distribution costs, and operational efficiency.
Process Improvement: Youll continuously look for ways to improve our gear management and logistics workflows. This includes finding more efficient ways to store and distribute gear, reducing waste, and implementing new technologies to streamline operations.
Communication & Support: Youll address any gear-related issues or requests from riders. Your goal is to provide exceptional support and ensure our couriers have the tools they need to succeed.

Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day logistics operations management of multiple data center or warehouse locations.
Create, lead, and support cross-functional company initiatives/projects.
Manage third-party logistics partners with associates on their teams dedicated to our account. Manage and monitor metrics for key performance indicators (KPIs), vendor performance scorecards, and development of business cases to support logistics process changes or improvements. Drive alignment and prioritization of initiatives.
Manage quarterly budgets, invoice control, and capital improvement projects within your locations. Manage relationships with multiple internal customers at data centers.
Recognize improvement opportunities to the cost or quality of services to be provided. Be proactive in turning these thoughts into a documented business case, present the business case to your peers and management for approval, and provide ongoing project management.

What youll be doing
The Regional Supply Manager for Israel owns the full courier supply strategy and execution, combining analytical leadership, operational excellence, team management and close collaboration with both local and global teams. You will ensure that our company has the right number of high quality couriers at the right time and place, and you will help shape the courier, merchant and customer experience.
Day-to-day in this role youll:
In this role you will lead supply planning across all cities, including forecasting, demand analysis and strategic recommendations. You will oversee the full courier lifecycle from acquisition and activation to long term retention, while improving conversion flows, engagement and performance. You will collaborate with global Supply, Product and Analytics teams on incentives, tools and marketplace balancing, and represent Israel in global discussions and pilots.
You will manage and develop a team of Supply Leads who execute regional supply plans. You will create structure, clarity and growth opportunities within the team while building a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
you will own the data foundations of supply. This includes maintaining dashboards, identifying trends and risks, and conducting post analysis for campaigns and strategic changes.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Vendor Strategy & Commercial Operations who will own vendor sourcing, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing performance, while designing a robust, repeatable operational process between each vendor and the internal teams they support.

This role plays a key role in shaping and advancing the companys vendor strategy to drive significant year-over-year cost reductions across the vendor base, without compromising quality, service levels, or compliance.

A day in the life and how youll make an impact:

Lead commercial negotiations with new and existing vendors, including renewals, ensuring competitive pricing, strong SLAs, and long-term value.
Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle in partnership with Legal, from requirements definition and redlining through execution and signature.
Partner with internal teams (Operations, R&D, Security, IT, Finance, Support, etc.) to understand business needs and translate them into clear vendor requirements, scopes, and operating models.
Design, implement, and continuously improve the operational workflows that govern how internal teams engage with vendors.
Own vendor onboarding and internal rollout, ensuring clarity around roles, responsibilities, escalation paths, and performance expectations.
Lead vendor governance, risk, and compliance efforts, ensuring vendors meet security, privacy, legal, and operational standards and that risks are proactively identified and mitigated.
Manage ongoing vendor performance through regular reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), driving accountability and continuous improvement.
Analyze vendor spend, identify consolidation and re-sourcing opportunities, and deliver significant year-over-year cost savings.
Serve as the primary internal escalation point for vendor-related issues, coordinating cross-functionally to drive timely resolution.
Maintain centralized vendor documentation (contracts, scorecards, risk assessments, process maps, and renewal calendars), ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Support the deployment, administration, and adoption of third-party risk management and contract lifecycle management tools used to manage vendor data and workflows.
Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning related to vendor spend.
Champion vendor management best practices to improve efficiency, predictability, and compliance across the organization.
