we are looking for a DevOps Engineer (Data Platform Group).
Main responsibilities:
Data Architecture Direction: Provide strategic direction for our data architecture, selecting the appropriate componments for various tasks. Collaborate on requirements and make final decisions on system design and implementation.
Project Management: Manage end-to-end execution of high-performance, large-scale data-driven projects, including design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud costs associated with data infrastructure and processes.
Efficiency and Reliability: Design and build monitoring tools to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and performance of data processes and systems.
DevOps Integration: Implement and manage DevOps practices to streamline development and operations, focusing on infrastructure automation, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure as code. Ensure scalable, reliable, and efficient deployment processes.
Our stack: Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, RDBMS, Spark, Kafka, Micro-Services, bash, Python, SQL.

Required DevOps Engineer
As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:
Be a member of a strong team responsible for all DevOps aspects in the company: Cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, Monitoring, DataOps, SecOps and cost management
Architect, automate and manage cloud infrastructure (Azure & AWS)
Implement SecOps best practices in all infrastructure and processes
Integrate visibility and alerting capabilities into infrastructure and processes
Improve and automate CI/CD pipelines.

At Tailor Brands, we believe in more than just handing you another tool; we are dedicated to teaching you the art of building a business About the Role As a DevOps Engineer, you will help lead our Infrastructure, SRE, CI/CD, Security, and Scale/Performance efforts. Your work will have a direct impact on development processes across the entire R&D organization. You will take a leading role in defining and designing these systems, all to enable our FullStack and data teams to be as independent and successful as possible. At our company, the DevOps team doesnt manage all of our services on their own - they build the tools and guidance so our Development teams can own them end-to-end. The team also builds and maintains internal AI-powered platform capabilities, including in-house MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers that support R&D and data teams with enhanced automation, intelligent workflows, and AI-driven Developer tools.
* Take an active role in the DevOps engineering team that focuses on all aspects of CI/CD infrastructure, GitOps full automation, and operational metrics to ensure the highest productivity for our Cloud infrastructure. This includes contributing to new AI-augmented internal tools and workflows that improve engineering velocity and operational visibility.
* Lead the design and delivery of software and infrastructure to improve the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our services.
* Design, develop, and maintain our core platform and CI/CD infrastructure and our development environments
* Manage cloud security principles and define best practices
* Build, configure, and tune highly available and fault-tolerant Container Clusters and K8s infrastructures
* Take an active role in defining the teams roadmap
* Develop automation to support our orchestration and application deployment
* Participate in extending our platforms AI adoption across the organization by integrating LLM-powered capabilities into operational and Developer workflows.
