seeking a Group Leader to build and scale our Developer Experience (DevEx) and Test Infrastructure teams. You will define the vision for asset management, testing architecture, and CI/CD workflows for over 200 developers. This role is a critical technical and leadership pillar, ensuring our R&D engine is efficient, stable, and cost-effective.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage and lead the DevEx and Test Infrastructure teams, fostering a culture of mentorship and high-quality delivery.

Infrastructure Strategy: Define the long-term vision for R&D testing architecture, shared infrastructure, and CI visibility.

CI/CD Optimization: Design and implement high-scale CI/CD workflows, automated staging, and local development environments to reduce build times and costs.

Cloud & Architecture: Maintain and scale cloud infrastructure on AWS (moving toward GCP) while ensuring security and integration across all application layers.

On a typical day, you will:

Design, scale, and operate high-throughput, low-latency infrastructure supporting RTB bidders and ML prediction services at extreme scale (2Million+ QPS).
Own production GCP environments end-to-end, including deployment, monitoring, 99.999 uptime, incident response, and post-mortems.
Build and maintain infrastructure for massive data ingestion (up to 1TB per hour), continuous ML training pipelines, and real-time prediction systems.
Develop and evolve CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Work closely with engineering and data science teams, taking full ownership from design through production and ongoing operations.
Continuously evaluate and introduce improvements to our infrastructure stack, tooling, and operational practices.

The team also builds and maintains internal AI-powered platform capabilities, including in-house MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers that support R&D and data teams with enhanced automation, intelligent workflows, and AI-driven Developer tools.
* Take an active role in the Platform engineering team that focuses on all aspects of CI/CD infrastructure, GitOps full automation, and operational metrics to ensure the highest productivity for our Cloud infrastructure. This includes contributing to new AI-augmented internal tools and workflows that improve engineering velocity and operational visibility.
* Lead the design and delivery of software and infrastructure to improve the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our services.
* Design, develop, and maintain our core platform and CI/CD infrastructure and our development environments
* Manage cloud security principles and define best practices
* Build, configure, and tune highly available and fault-tolerant Container Clusters and K8s infrastructures
* Take an active role in defining the teams roadmap
* Develop automation to support our orchestration and application deployment
* Participate in extending our platforms AI adoption across the organization by integrating LLM-powered capabilities into operational and Developer workflows.
