Were looking for an exceptional storyteller and community-builder to own social and community strategy for our companys newest traveler-focused product. In this foundational, high-visibility role, you will shape how we introduce and engage travelers with our latest product offering across every social and community platform.
Youll build our community approach from the ground up, launch our influencer marketing engine, and create events that spotlight our partners in the hospitality industry-all while serving as the primary voice for our rapidly growing traveler audience. This role is focused exclusively on our upcoming traveler product, working closely with the products launch team and cross-functional partners.
What Youll Do
Social Media & Content Strategy (Traveler Products)
Develop and execute an organic social media strategy that builds brand awareness and engagement specifically for our companys newest traveler product across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn (employee advocacy), and emerging platforms.
Own the content calendar from ideation to execution, creating and sourcing compelling, on-brand content tied to traveler product updates, launches, and user value.
Partner with an external agency to build out our influencer marketing for this new traveler product, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on all related activities.
Community & Partner Experiences
Act as the primary voice for this major new traveler product in online communities, proactively engaging and fostering a positive, inclusive environment for its user base.
Identify and nurture key community members, transforming early adopters and superfans into active advocates for the product.
Curate and produce exclusive events that highlight creators, destinations, and venues relevant to our traveler community and hospitality partners.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in a social media, community management, or brand marketing role for a B2C or creator-focused company.
Proven expertise in growing and managing social channels, especially TikTok and Instagram, with a portfolio of creative content and successful campaigns.
Experience in event production or partnership marketing, particularly within the hospitality, restaurant, or creator industries, is a significant plus.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; you can craft a tweet, a video script, or a community update with equal parts clarity, wit, and empathy.
A natural "people person" - you love talking to users and have a knack for building authentic relationships with both community members and partners.
Strategic thinker who can use data and social listening tools (e.g., Sprout Social, etc.) to inform strategy without losing sight of the human element.

Were looking for a hands-on Community Manager in a hybrid role that combines influencer management with sharp written content. You must have proven experience working with influencers end to end, including onboarding, activation, and maintaining strong performance-focused relationships.

Youll live and breathe our ICPs, understand what different communities care about, and know how to tap into their conversations through your own content or through influencers and advocates who amplify it.

Along with growing and nurturing our influencer community, youll create content that sparks curiosity, drives clicks, and builds real connection. Youll work within the Growth Marketing Team and collaborate across social, influencer, and acquisition where creativity and data work together.

What Youll Do:

Community and Influencer Marketing:
Work closely with influencers and users to push brand content into extended distribution points.
Manage outreach, negotiation, ongoing communication, script reviews, and creative feedback, and help refine partner content so it aligns with our goals while staying true to their audience.
Engage with our community to raise product awareness and understand audience pain points. Translate insights into relatable, human stories.

Content Creation and Strategy:
Write marketing materials including social and PPC captions and microcopy.
Develop scroll-stopping hooks and headlines that feel native across platforms.
Conduct competitive and industry research, proactively and on request, to uncover insights that help shape narratives aligned with our ICPs in L&D, Comms, HR, and beyond.
Collaborate with design, video, and performance teams to bring ideas to life across every touchpoint.

Performance and Optimization:
Iterate based on data by analyzing engagement, CTRs, and conversions to refine tone, structure, and hooks, and decide which influencers should renew contracts or be gently removed from the program.
Apply SEO and SMO best practices without compromising authenticity or readability.
A/B test content elements including subject lines, CTAs, and influencer formats to learn what truly moves the needle.
Requirements:
Youre a Fit If You:
Have hands-on experience managing influencer partnerships and campaigns, and 2+ years of experience in content marketing or growth-focused content roles, ideally within SaaS or a startup environment.
Are a native English speaker with a natural, conversational writing style and impeccable grammar.
Move easily between strategic messaging and sharp, entertaining copy.
Have written across a variety of formats including social, PPC, and landing pages.
Know how to write for people and for performance, balancing storytelling with conversion goals.
Are curious, research-driven, and quick to understand new audiences, products, and industries.
Live and breathe content trends, hooks, and storytelling techniques across platforms.
Know how to make AI work for you, whether prompting, fine-tuning, or training LLMs to write in your style, while still valuing the spark of a fresh human idea.
