Design creative, on-brand event experiences that support business objectives and amplify our presence.
Contribute to broader brand initiatives, supporting campaigns and activations beyond events when needed.
Coordinate closely with internal teams (Data, Design, Social Media, and others) to ensure optimized event success through clear communication and alignment.
Create post-event reports focused on lead generation and brand awareness, proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Support workshops and events with tools, materials, key messaging, and creative ideas that help tell our story.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an Event Manager in a software/SaaS company - Must
Native-level English (written and spoken) - Must
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong experience managing budgets, tight timelines, and end-to-end event execution
Excellent stakeholder management skills, working with vendors, partners, organizers, and internal teams
Willingness to travel frequently
Experience with event management tools.
