What Youll Do
? Manage end-to-end, consultative sales cycles for complex, customized
solutions
? Develop new business and support regional market growth
? Work with OEMs, distributors, and long-term customers
? Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams and more
? Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events

Requirements: ? 3-4 years of international B2B sales experience
? Strong self-drive, ambition, and deal-closing mindset
? Experience with solution-based or project sales, manufacturing is an
advantage
? Ability to handle technical-commercial discussions
? Strong prospecting and get-the-foot-in-the-door approach
? Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
