Key Responsibilities:

Sales : support sales in new opportunities and handling them up to the closing stage.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to identify new business opportunities.

We are looking for NPI Engineer who will join the operation team and help us scale onwards!
The NPI product leader will be responsible for transitioning new products from early stage development to production level till field deployment processes. Work with cross functional teams ranging from HW designers, systems engineers, marketing and operations teams and participate in the complete product life cycle from development through build prototype until handing off the product to sustaining engineers.
The NPI product leader will manage all engineering related activities of QMs new products. The NPI PL will have a full responsibility on the overall operational activities to ensure qualified manufacturing readiness of new products.
Responsibilities:
Lead cross functional teams to execute the NPI process within the operations group.
Set an overall Operational NPI plan, Set Ops KPIs, Track and follow project progress, manage risk and report accordingly.
Define the NPI methodologies, interfaces, and process within the operation matrix to ensure smooth product introduction
Providing engineering leadership for the definition and scoping of NPI projects for all aspects of manufacturing and transitioning of projects to Manufacturing for project implementation and subsequent operation.
Ensure Design for Manufacturing guidelines are well implemented in the product design and validate implementation impact on product quality
Overall accountability of production data integrity including: BOM, production documentation, jigs and tools, product regulation.
Establishing and documenting process specifications that ensure manufacturing operations will meet product capability and quality expectations.
Analyze and recommend improvements to all production processes and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement through engineering change requests
Prepare plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure a good quality product represent the operations in the product life cycles gates
Serve as a technical mentor to contract manufacturing during NPI process

The Embedded control team develop SW products that create the basic building blocks of the SolarEdge system and deal with various fields - power conversion algorithmic, communication algorithmic, optimizations, rt problems on different platforms - DSPs, Companys ASIC and digital controlled power converters for photo-voltaic power systems. * Learning the different aspects of our products by developing features in various areas and disciplines - power electronics, control theory, DSP, and communication over different platforms.
* Design, develop, optimize, TEST and maintain complex Embedded SW for power electronics and control systems in a multi processors environment.
* Develop software for various micro-controllers and coping with various rt constraints.
* Involvement in projects / products from end to end - from concept and simulation, through development and integration and field deployment.
* Building complex simulations integrating SW and HW and working hand by hand with HW team.
* Interface with and support Hardware teams in testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting throughout the development cycle. This role requires an understanding of power conversion, Embedded systems, and Real-Time control algorithms.

Your Day to Day:
Design and develop integrations at the system-level, encompassing both hardware and software, among multiple system components.

Troubleshoot and debug integration issues.
