You'll maintain the chatbot, enhance workflows and prompts, monitor performance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth, optimized experience for both users and agents.

What am I going to do?:

In this role, you will manage end-to-end data annotation, validation, and curation processes, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality inputs aligned with product goals and user value.
