We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Global Production Manager to lead the operations of our manufacturing facility, specializing in high-reliability hardware for communication satellites. This role is primarily focused on managing day-to-day production, developing high-performing teams, and optimizing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability.
The ideal candidate will also play a key role in developing and initiating global manufacturing facilities and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Leadership:
Oversee all production activities at the companys site, ensuring alignment with project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary production team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Implement and enforce best practices in manufacturing, assembly, and testing of satellite hardware components.
Process Optimization & Quality:
Optimize processes to improve throughput, reduce waste, and ensure product quality while adhering to aerospace standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001.
Collaborate with engineering and R&D to transition designs from prototype to production.
Operational Readiness for Global Expansion:
Develop scalable production systems and documentation to support future multi-site manufacturing.
Contribute to the strategic planning of global production capabilities, including site selection, process standardization, and technology transfer frameworks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, cycle time, downtime, and cost efficiency.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and quality issues proactively.

Required Quality Engineer

General Description:
Quality Engineer is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and correcting failures in products and processes. This role involves close collaboration with Development, Engineering, Production, and Customer service teams to ensure product and service quality.
Responsibilities:
FRACAS Management
Conduct failure analysis for products and processes.
Recommend and implement corrective actions to resolve identified failure modes.
Develop and implement quality control processes for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, manufacturing, quality) to understand the issues.
Prepare failure analysis reports and present findings to management.
Follow up on the effectiveness of corrective actions and make adjustments as necessary.
Participate in internal and external Quality audits.
Support the approval processes for new products.
Maintain detailed reports of failure investigations, findings, and corrective actions taken.
Identify opportunities for process or design improvements based on failure trends.
Analyzing Quality trends: Quality Yield , KPIs , CoPQ (Costs of Poor Quality), Customers Rating, RMA, ,Quarterly data analysis for QBR
Investigate and analyze product failures, identifying root causes using techniques such as root cause analysis (RCA), fault tree analysis (FTA), or failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA).

Required Program QA Engineer

Reporting to: Director of Quality
Responsibilities:
Review of Contract ,Customer SOW and SPEC requirements to ensure compliance of design and production.
Approve gates review at R&D
PLCM (Project Life Cycle Management) process control, full partnership in project management during the development, testing, production, customer delivery and customer support phases throughout the product life
Identifying regulatory Gaps in new and carrent projects
Perform Internal and External Audits
QA presence in R&D process (capacity) and ability to prevent errors in design
Follow up after R&D corrective and preventive actions and Improvement Plans
Transfer products from development to NPI and serial production (QA activities)
Review and approval ECO / MCO / ATP/ATR, Waiver relate to R&D , ENG
Writing QA procedures
FRACAS Management
Quality Assurance Program Plan (QAPP) and the Quality Allocation Tasks for the program.
Customer complince relate to NPI , Pre production , design errors
Perform Quarterly data analysis for QBR.

We are seeking a skilled Failure Analysis (FA) Engineer with expertise in X-ray inspection techniques to join our AV Platform team. The ideal candidate will specialize in using advanced X-ray imaging and other analysis methods to investigate product failures, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and reliability
What will your job look like?
Perform detailed failure analysis using X-ray imaging systems and related diagnostic tools to inspect electronic components, assemblies, and materials.
Interpret and analyze X-ray images to detect structural anomalies, defects, voids, cracks, delamination, and other failure mechanisms.
Develop and optimize X-ray inspection procedures and protocols for failure analysis and quality control.
Prepare test specimens: cutting, mounting, grinding, polishing and chemical etching
Collaborate with product engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to support product development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts.
Prepare detailed technical reports documenting findings, root cause analyses, and recommended corrective actions.
Support reliability testing and failure mode analysis for new and existing products.

Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Mechanical Engineer to support our Silicon Photonics Engineering group in Haifa, Israel. Development occurs in a dynamic and challenging global multi-site environment. This role will report to the SiPh Engineering Manager in North Reading, MA, USA.

You will lead and/or participate in platform product development initiatives within our Silicon Photonics product team. In the SiPh Engineering group, we focus on developing state-of-the-art Optical Instruments for our Semiconductor Test Equipment products. This optical test equipment is essential for the massive expansion in AI that the industry is currently experiencing.

You will create innovative and sound technical solutions to complex engineering problems. You will also identify essential requirements and key technical risks. You will work closely with Electrical Engineers, Systems Engineers, and Optical Engineers to design solutions for New Product Introduction and High-Volume Manufacturing.

Develop detailed mechanical designs using 3D CAD, along with creating 2D fabrication drawings
Create Engineering Change & Release documents (ECN / ECO)
Participate in internal design reviews
Work with Systems Engineering team to help define sub-systems, establish technical direction, and develop product strategies and long-term product roadmaps
Build, debug, and test prototype designs
Assist NPI team with the build and debug of customer early access units
Collaboration with procurement & supply chain to identify alternative vendors and suppliers
