We are seeking a Training & Customer Operations Coordinator to join our team in a key role that involves coordinating and managing training activities, providing support to clients, handling operational and logistical aspects, and continuously improving the learner and customer experience.
This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a high level of service orientation.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage workshops, training sessions, and courses both in-person and online.
Handle participant registration, attendance tracking, and ongoing post-training follow-up.
Oversee all logistical aspects of training activities including venues, equipment, suppliers, catering, and more.
Provide ongoing support to instructors and participants to ensure smooth execution of sessions.
Onboard new clients and maintain ongoing communication and support for existing ones.
Monitor service KPIs , track customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Operate and maintain CRM systems and related operational tools.
Requirements: Proven experience in coordinating training sessions and/or customer operations required
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
Experience with CRM systems.
High-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
