We are now looking for a VP of Growth to lead our global growth engine and drive the next stage of our revenue acceleration.
What You'll Do:
Pipeline Ownership
Build, forecast, and deliver a predictable pipeline to support revenue targets across SMB and mid-market segments.
Set clear KPIs and frameworks to measure pipeline contribution and ROI.
Demand Generation & User Acquisition
Lead all inbound and outbound growth programs, including paid media, content syndication, events, and partner campaigns.
Manage performance marketing budgets, continuously testing and optimizing channels for CAC efficiency and scale.
Team Leadership
Lead and grow a high-performing team across SDRs, paid acquisition, and creative functions.
Mentor and develop managers to scale operations globally.
Creative & Brand Growth
Oversee the production of world-class creatives for ads, campaigns, and social channels that capture attention and convert.
Partner with Product Marketing to refine messaging and positioning for maximum impact.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with Sales leadership to ensure tight alignment on pipeline quality, conversion, and feedback loops.
Work with Finance and the CRO to plan and manage the growth budget effectively.
Requirements: 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or equivalent growth roles, with at least 5+ years in a leadership position.
Proven track record of owning pipeline generation and delivering ARR growth at scale. We're one of the top B2B media spenders in Israel.
At least 3 years of experience managing managers and large departments.
Strong expertise in performance marketing, paid acquisition, and multi-channel demand generation.
Experience managing paid media budgets of millions of dollars per month
Experience managing SDR/BDR organizations in close alignment with Sale - Preferred
Analytical mindset with deep comfort in metrics, dashboards, and ROI analysis, as well as building and defining them.
Creative thinker with the ability to push bold, attention-grabbing campaigns that break through the noise.
Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing large, cross-functional teams.
Being comfortable taking big risks and trying new things that havent been done before.
Bonus: Experience in finance technology, marketing to CFOs, SaaS for SMB/mid-market, or companies scaling from Series B to Series D.
