Position Overview: This role involves full responsibility for the company's purchasing, logistics, and warehouse processes, working closely with suppliers, internal departments, and external stakeholders. The position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (purchasing, warehouse, suppliers, logistics), independent work, a systemic view, and strong decision-making skills in real time.
?Key Areas of Responsibility: Purchasing and Supplier Management
* Full responsibility for purchasing materials, equipment, and services required by the company.
* Market research to identify leading suppliers and manufacturers.
* Supplier evaluation: conducting due diligence, including assessment of technical capabilities, Quality Assurance, and compliance with relevant standards (ISO and others).
* Ongoing work with both existing and new suppliers: managing contracts, terms, and negotiations.
* Cost reduction and identification of efficient alternatives for purchasing.
* Supply chain risk management, including creating emergency inventory and solving problems in real time. Order Management and Tracking
* Creating, managing, and tracking purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system.
* Collecting multiple quotes and negotiating with suppliers to achieve optimal terms.
* Monitoring order status, coordinating logistics with suppliers, and resolving issues such as delays, shortages, or defects.
* Generating weekly reports on progress, status, and timeline delays. Logistics
* Full responsibility for logistics, including shipment management and coordination with various stakeholders for on-time equipment delivery.
* Handling supply chain issues and delays.
* Staying updated on technological trends in hardware, computing, and electronics (EOL, EOS). Warehouse Management
* Managing the warehouse and warehouse staff.
* Planning preventive procurement to avoid shortages through inventory report analysis.
* Receiving, processing, and dispatching shipments on time.
* Close collaboration with the accounting department.
Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing required.
* Proven ability to manage multiple areas simultaneously: purchasing, warehouse, suppliers, and logistics (Multitasking).
* Strong leadership and task management skills, including team motivation and process management.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly in Real-Time situations.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills friendly, approachable, and able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Active security clearance or willingness to undergo the clearance process.
* Proficiency with ERP systems and experience managing computerized workflows.
