We are looking for a Site Experience Manager to own and optimize the performance of our eCommerce product and category pages. This role will be responsible for creating a seamless, engaging, and high-converting shopping experience that drives revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, design, and product teams to improve key metrics such as Average Order Value (AOV), Add-to-Cart Rate, and Conversion Rate.
Responsibilities:
Own Site Performance Metrics: Monitor and improve KPIs including conversion rate, add-to-cart rate, bounce rate, and AOV.
Optimize Product & Category Pages: Ensure pages are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and strategically merchandised with the right mix of products, upsells, and cross-sells.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Partner with product and design teams to plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and personalization strategies.
Content & Merchandising Management: Oversee product descriptions, images, videos, and other content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and engagement.
Customer Journey Analysis: Use analytics and heatmaps to identify drop-off points and friction in the shopping experience, then develop solutions.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with site experience, and with product/engineering to improve functionality and features.
Create & Curate New Products: Develop exclusive product bundles, recommendations, and cross-sell offerings that expand our assortment and inspire customers to buy more.
Promotions & Campaign Execution: Partner with merchandising and marketing to implement seasonal campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for maximum impact.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously research industry best practices, competitor activity, and new technologies in digital merchandising and CRO.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
4+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or CRO-focused roles.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, Optimizely, or similar.
Proven track record of improving conversion rate, AOV, and site performance.
Understanding of UX/UI best practices for eCommerce.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, design, tech).
Experience with A/B testing and personalization platforms.
Knowledge of SEO as it relates to on-site content.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
