We are looking for a passionate Cloud Solutions Architect to drive the adoption and success of two strategic products:

AWS FSx for ONTAP (AWS enterprise storage flagship)

our Workload Factory (our workload optimization and management platform)

Youll operate at the intersection of engineering, product management, field sales, and customer success, representing customer needs inward and product innovation outward.

In this role you will:

Act as the technical advisor for our company and AWS field teams supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Identify adoption barriers, escalate product gaps, and influence the Workload Factory roadmap.
Design and optimize cloud architectures for critical workloads, including databases, VMware, GenAI, Kubernetes, and more.
Build and deliver technical enablement, including reference architectures, workshops, and demos.
Lead customer engagements directly when needed, championing usage expansion and satisfaction.
Analyze workload usage and advise on best practices, cost optimizations, and automation.
Work cross-functionally with AWS SA teams and our company Engineering on complex customer solutions.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Developer to join our Cloud and K8s Group. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background in cloud environments and will excel in developing advanced cloud-related features. Proficiency in NodeJS (Typescript), MongoDB, Kubernetes, Docker, and data queues is essential for this role, as you will be instrumental in refining our cloud CTEM offering.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement advanced cloud-related features to enhance our existing offerings.
* Streamline deployment processes and ensure system reliability by demonstrating expertise in Kubernetes and Docker.
* Develop modular and scalable solutions while leveraging microservices and jobs architecture.
* Utilize advanced data processing techniques with tools such as Flink, Spark, and Scala to improve system performance.
* Contribute to the enhancement of system reliability at scale through hands-on experience with large-scale applications.

The successful candidate will have experience working in cloud environments and will contribute to developing cloud-related features. Proficiency in Scala (or alternatively JAVA, Kotlin), NodeJS (Typescript), Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and data queues is essential for this position, as you will play a key role in enhancing our cloud CTEM offering. Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development of cloud-related features to support and improve our existing offerings.
* Streamline deployment processes and ensure system reliability by demonstrating expertise in Kubernetes and Docker.
* Develop modular and scalable solutions while leveraging microservices and jobs architecture.

We are looking for a hands‑on Solutions Architect who bridges DevOps engineering and software development. You will own technical deployments, lead customer proof‑of‑concepts (PoCs), and build rapid integrations that showcase the power of our data‑security platformall while acting as the trusted technical face for our US customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Deployment Leadership Design and execute customer deployments: networking, IAM/Entra ID, databases, CIFS/NFS/SMB shares, and multi‑cloud micro‑services using Terraform & CloudFormation.
Customer‑Facing PoCs Lead PoC projects end‑to‑end: scope requirements, manage calls, set expectations, and ensure technical success.
Rapid Integrations & Automation Write Python scripts and REST‑API workflows to deliver one‑off remediation or integration solutions that wow customers (non‑productized).
Technical Troubleshooting Run backend queries, scripts, and toolkit diagnostics to resolve issues quickly when things dont work as expected.
Documentation & Enablement Create and maintain deployment guides, runbooks, and knowledge‑base articles; continuously improve internal toolkits alongside R&D.
Feature‑Request Project Management Triage and shepherd customer feature requests with the Director of Sales Engineering; hand off to Product when roadmap inclusion is needed.
