We are looking for a Manager, Support located in Tel Aviv to become a key member of our global support leadership team. This role includes responsibility for the EMEA Testim Support organization, who are engaged in assisting customers and partners in technical issue identification and resolution. The Manager, Support will oversee staff schedules for omnichannel coverage and individual as well as group training sessions. We are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to lead the Broker Platform Team responsible for building the next-generation on-premises platform that hosts collectors and actors within customer environments and connects securely to the Cortex Cloud. Your Impact
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and scale a high-performing engineering team building a containerized on-prem platform for hybrid deployment models.
