We are looking for a Training Team Lead to join our global team. We seek an innovative professional who can drive our global customer's training strategy while managing a diverse team across multiple locations. The position includes meetings with many diverse global clients, training, and learning development.
You'll be a key member of our middle management team, collaborating across all company departments to create and implement cutting-edge learning solutions.

Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences: internal teams, partners, and customers in English and Hebrew
Develop and deliver training materials in English and Hebrew
Lead a global learning & training team
Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees
Manage end-user customer training programs
Innovate and modernize our e-learning platforms and methodologies
Execute special projects as assigned by department management
Lead and organize customer events - both physical and virtual
Oversee external knowledge portal management
Requirements: Training and learning development experience in English and Hebrew
Excellent English
Flexibility in working hours (global role)
Creative approach and excellent presentation skills
